For those who still pay attention to this blog—despite how rare it is that I update things now—I wanted to share a few things with you all first before putting it up on the socials, as they say.
First, I have two new ‘zines (and restock on Issue #1 of The Snapback). The first is Issue #2 of The Snapback, dedicated to one of my favorite topics: summer songs (I mean, if you’ve followed me this long, you already know the deal!) I write about thirteen songs, divided into the different stages of summer (June Haze, July Heat, August Daze) plus a QR code on the back to access a lil’ mix of all those songs.

Next is Damage Noted, which features 12 pages scanned from the Cal State Humboldt library copy of Subway Art (1982). To understand the context for why these 12 pages would be so interesting, here’s why. That was back in 2019 and I meant to put this out as a zine far sooner but just didn’t get around to it until now. It’s really mostly for graf fans—or fans of CSU students defacing books in a cool way—but I think this is one of the most amazing examples of an informal collective art project I’ve ever seen and I’m glad to finally share it.

On their own, each zine is $10, which includes free USPS shipping to those in the U.S. (if you’re ordering from abroad, I’ll need to look up your cost accordingly). If you want two or more, I’ll adjust the pricing accordingly to give folks a discount). To order, fill out this form.
You all (blog readers) get first crack until Mon, 8/24.
